After crossing into San Francisco, take the exit for Lombard St. Continue on Lombard St until you reach Fillmore St. Turn left onto Fillmore St, and then right onto California St. Atherton House will be on your left at 1990 California St, San Francisco, CA 94109. Parking may be limited, so look for street parking or nearby parking garages, which may incur costs.

For public transportation, start by finding your nearest BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station. Take a BART train heading towards San Francisco. Get off at the Montgomery St station in downtown San Francisco. From there, transfer to Muni bus line 1 (California Line) at the Montgomery St & California St stop. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes, and disembark at the California St & Fillmore St stop.
