From downtown Berkeley, walk to the nearest bus stop on Shattuck Ave. Take the AC Transit Bus Line 1 (towards San Francisco) or Line 40 (towards San Francisco). After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Ferry Building' stop. From there, walk to the Embarcadero and catch the F-Market Streetcar towards Fisherman's Wharf.
