Founded in 1896 by Italian immigrant P.G. Molinari from Piedmont, this North Beach landmark has preserved authentic Italian flavors for over a century. Passed through four generations, now led by great-great-grandson Nicola, the deli survived the 1906 earthquake, relocating retail space in 1910 while partnering with the salami factory.
