    If you're starting from Burbank Town Center, walk to the bus stop on North San Fernando Blvd and take the Metro Bus Line 94 towards Hollywood. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes. Get off at the stop at Wilshire Blvd and Westwood Blvd. From there, transfer to the Metro Bus Line 2 or 302 towards Santa Monica. Ride for another 15 minutes until you reach the stop at Comstock Ave. Holmby Park will be directly across the street at 601 Comstock Ave, Los Angeles.

    Starting at Burbank Town Center, head south on North San Fernando Blvd towards East Olive Ave. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East Magnolia Blvd. Turn left onto Magnolia Blvd and walk for about 0.7 miles. At the intersection with North Westmoreland Ave, turn right and walk another 0.3 miles until you reach Wilshire Blvd. Once on Wilshire Blvd, continue until you reach Comstock Ave. Holmby Park will be on your right at 601 Comstock Ave.
