From Burbank, walk to the nearest Metro station, which is the Burbank Downtown station. Take the Metro Red Line towards Union Station. Get off at the Hollywood/Highland Station. Transfer to the Metro 704 bus towards Santa Monica, and ride it all the way to the Santa Monica Pier stop. From the pier, walk along Ocean Ave, and you'll find Palisades Park just a few minutes away, with beautiful views of the ocean.
