Take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City and get off at the MacArthur station (about a 20-minute ride). Once at MacArthur, transfer to the AC Transit Bus 18 towards Berkeley. Ride the bus for approximately 25 minutes and get off at the stop nearest to the University of California, Berkeley. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Haas Pavilion, located at 115 Haas Pavilion, Berkeley, CA 94720.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local shop in Castro Valley. Head towards the Castro Valley Boulevard and follow it north to connect with the East Bay Regional Park District trails. Continue on the bike path until you reach the San Francisco Bay Trail. Follow the trail towards Berkeley and take the route that leads to the University of California, Berkeley. Upon reaching the campus, you should follow signs to Haas Pavilion, which is located at 115 Haas Pavilion, Berkeley, CA 94720.
Walking
For those who enjoy walking, start at the Castro Valley Plaza. Head northwest on Castro Valley Boulevard and follow it until you hit Redwood Road. Turn left onto Redwood Road and continue until you reach the intersection with East Bay Regional Park trails. Follow the trails that lead towards Berkeley. It will take some time, but you will eventually reach the campus area. Once at UC Berkeley, follow the signs to Haas Pavilion at 115 Haas Pavilion, Berkeley, CA 94720.
