From any location in Chula Vista, locate the nearest bus stop that services the South Bay Transit Center. Take the bus line 700 towards Downtown San Diego. Stay on the bus until you reach the 12th & Imperial Transit Center. Transfer to the MTS (Metropolitan Transit System) trolley line at the Transit Center. Board the Green Line trolley towards Santee and get off at the City College Station. From there, walk towards 4th Avenue and turn right. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Balboa Park. The Botanical Building is located at 1550 El Prado, within the park.
