Start at the Chula Vista Transit Center, located at 4th Ave & F St. Take the MTS Bus Route 703 towards San Diego. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Broadway & 3rd Ave' stop in San Diego. From there, walk east on Broadway for 0.4 miles until you reach Union St. Turn right on Union St and walk for about 0.2 miles. Harper's Topiary Garden will be on your left at 3549 Union St.

Rent a bicycle from a local bike shop in Chula Vista. Start from the Chula Vista Marina and head north on the Bayshore Bikeway. Continue for about 6 miles until you reach the San Diego Bay. At the end of the bikeway, turn left onto 12th Ave, then turn right onto Broadway. Follow Broadway for about 1 mile, then turn left onto Union St. Harper's Topiary Garden will be on your right at 3549 Union St.
