Bus
From Chula Vista, walk to the nearest bus stop on E Street, which is served by the MTS bus routes. Board bus number 701 heading towards Downtown San Diego. The bus will take you directly to the downtown area. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Broadway & 5th Ave' stop. From there, walk west on Broadway for about 0.5 miles until you reach Marina Park Way. Turn left, and the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park will be on your left.

Trolley
Walk to the nearest trolley station, which is the 'Chula Vista Civic Center' station. Take the Blue Line trolley towards 'San Ysidro'. After two stops, transfer to the Green Line at the 'Gaslamp Quarter' station. Take the Green Line trolley towards 'Scripps Ranch'. Get off at the 'Convention Center' station. From there, it's a short walk to Marina Park Way. Head west on Harbor Drive for about 0.3 miles, then turn left on Marina Park Way. The Rady Shell will be on your right.

Bike
If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program. Start by heading north from Chula Vista towards the Bayfront Park and join the Bayshore Bikeway. Follow the bikeway along the waterfront, which offers scenic views. Continue until you reach the San Diego Convention Center area. From there, navigate towards Marina Park Way by following the signs. The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park will be on your left once you reach Marina Park Way.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to explore, you can walk to the Rady Shell from central Chula Vista. Start by walking north on 3rd Ave towards E St. Continue on 3rd Ave until you reach the intersection with Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and continue walking for approximately 2 miles until you reach the downtown area. Once you arrive at Marina Park Way, turn left, and the Rady Shell will be on your left.
