    Begin your journey at the Chula Vista Transit Center located at 950 E Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910. From there, take the MTS Bus Route 704 heading east towards Eastlake. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the stop at Eastlake Parkway and Otay Lakes Road. Disembark here. From the bus stop, walk south on Otay Lakes Road for about 1.5 miles. This road will take you directly towards Upper Otay Reservoir Dam. You'll see the reservoir on your left-hand side as you approach. Continue walking until you reach the entrance to the dam area.
