    From any location in Rancho Del Rey, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) bus route 701. Board the bus heading towards 'Otay Ranch Mall' and alight at the 'Otay Ranch Mall' stop. From there, transfer to bus route 704 towards 'Chula Vista'. Ride until you reach 'Gunpowder Point Dr.' stop. The Living Coast Discovery Center is a short walk from the bus stop, located at 1000 Gunpowder Point Dr, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
