Public Bus
From central Costa Mesa, head to the nearest bus stop on 19th Street. Board the OCTA Bus Route 1 towards Laguna Beach. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the stop at Pacific Coast Highway & Table Rock Drive. From there, walk down Table Rock Drive towards the beach, which will be on your left after a short walk.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop in Costa Mesa. Once you have your bike, head south on Newport Boulevard until you reach Pacific Coast Highway. Turn left and continue along the highway for about 5 miles. Look for Table Rock Drive on your right and follow it down to the beach.
Walking
If you're close enough, you can walk to Table Rock Beach. Start at the Costa Mesa City Hall and head south on Baker Street until you reach Newport Boulevard. Turn right on Newport Boulevard and walk south for about 3 miles. Once you reach Pacific Coast Highway, turn left and walk until you see Table Rock Drive, which will be on your right. Follow Table Rock Drive down to the beach.
