From the Costa Mesa area, head towards the nearest bus stop and take the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Bus Line 1 towards Laguna Beach. Stay on the bus for approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. You will need to get off at the stop near Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and Thalia Street. Once you disembark, walk down Thalia Street towards the ocean. The beach will be just a short 5-minute walk away, and you'll reach Thalia Street Beach.

If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental shops in Costa Mesa. Start by heading towards 19th Street and head towards the coast. Follow 19th Street until you reach Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Turn left onto PCH and continue south for about 1.5 miles. Look for Thalia Street on your right. Turn onto Thalia Street and bike downhill towards the beach, where you'll find Thalia Street Beach.
