Bus
From your location in Costa Mesa, head to the nearest bus stop. Take the OCTA Bus Route 57 towards Long Beach. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the Long Beach Transit Mall stop. From there, you can walk towards the Waterfront, which is just a few blocks away. Head south on Long Beach Boulevard, then turn west on Ocean Boulevard, and you will reach the Waterfront.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Costa Mesa. Start your journey by heading south on any street that leads to Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Once you reach PCH, turn left and bike towards Long Beach. The ride will take approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on your speed. Upon entering Long Beach, follow the signs directing you to the Waterfront area. You can park your bike at designated bike racks near the Waterfront.
Walking
If you are up for a long walk, start from your location in Costa Mesa and head towards 19th Street. Walk east until you reach Harbor Boulevard. Continue south on Harbor Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Cross PCH and continue to walk south towards Long Beach. The total walking distance is approximately 12 miles and will take about 3-4 hours. Once you reach Long Beach, follow the signs to the Waterfront.
