From Daly City BART Station, board a train heading towards the Embarcadero. Ride for 4 stops, approximately 10 minutes. Disembark at Montgomery St. Station. Follow the signs to exit the station and head to the Market St. exit. Once outside, walk to the nearby Muni bus stop and catch the 1 California bus. Ride for about 15 minutes, getting off at the bus stop at Jackson St. & Steiner St.

From Daly City BART Station, take the 48 Quintara/24th St Muni bus from the bus stop outside the station. Ride for about 15 minutes and disembark at the California St. & Fillmore St. stop. From there, walk 5 minutes north on Fillmore St. and turn left on Jackson St. Alta Plaza Park will be on your right at the intersection with Steiner St.

If you are near the Westlake Shopping Center, start at the center and walk towards John Daly Blvd. Head northwest on John Daly Blvd until you reach the intersection with Mission St. (about 15 minutes walk). Turn left on Mission St. and walk for about 5 minutes to catch the 14 Mission bus. Ride for 20 minutes and disembark at the California St. & Fillmore St. stop. From there, walk 5 minutes north on Fillmore St. and turn left on Jackson St. You will reach Alta Plaza Park at the intersection with Steiner St.
