If you are starting from Fresno City Hall, head east on Fresno St toward N M St. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Fulton St. Turn left onto Fulton St and proceed north. Keep walking for about 0.5 miles, and you'll find the African American Museum at 1857 Fulton St, located on your left.

From the Fresno Amtrak Station, walk to the nearest bus stop at Tulare St & G St. Take Bus Line 34 (Fresno State) towards the 'Fresno State' station. Get off at the stop at Fulton St & Tuolumne St. From there, walk north on Fulton St for about 0.3 miles, and the African American Museum will be on your left at 1857 Fulton St.

Head southeast on Olive Ave toward Van Ness Ave. Turn left onto Van Ness Ave and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Fresno St. Turn right onto Fresno St and then a left onto Fulton St. Continue north for about 1 mile, and the African American Museum will be on your left at 1857 Fulton St.
