From anywhere in Glendale, head to the nearest Metro station, either the Glendale station or the North Hollywood station. Take the Metro Red Line towards Union Station, and get off at the Hollywood/Highland station. Transfer to the Metro 96 bus heading towards Westwood via Wilshire Blvd. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Wilshire Blvd & Spaulding Ave. From there, walk east on Wilshire Blvd for about 5 minutes until you reach the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures at 6067 Wilshire Blvd.

If you prefer to walk or bike, start from the Glendale Galleria. Head south on Maryland Ave towards E Colorado St, then take a right onto E Colorado St. After about 1 mile, turn left onto S Brand Blvd and continue for about 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Wilshire Blvd and continue walking or biking for approximately 2 miles. The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures will be on your left at 6067 Wilshire Blvd.
