From the bus stop, walk towards Yerba Buena Island, which is clearly marked and within walking distance.

From Embarcadero, you can walk to the ferry terminal and take a ferry to Treasure Island. Once on Treasure Island, follow the signs to Yerba Buena Island. It's a short walk from the ferry drop-off.

If you are staying near Hayward's downtown area, you can walk to the Hayward BART station, board the train heading towards San Francisco, and then transfer at Embarcadero to either the Muni bus or take the ferry to Treasure Island, as described above.
