After approximately 30-40 minutes, get off at the Long Beach Transit Mall stop. From there, transfer to the Long Beach Transit Blue Line and take it toward Washington Station. Get off at the 1st Street station. Walk east for about 5 minutes along E 1st St until you reach Shoreline Dr, then turn left and walk north for about 10 minutes to reach Rainbow Lagoon Park at 400 E Shoreline Dr.
