From Huntington Beach, head to the nearest bus stop for the OCTA (Orange County Transportation Authority) buses. You can catch the Route 1 bus heading south toward Costa Mesa. Stay on the bus for about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Arlington Drive and Santa Ana Avenue. From there, it's a short walk to TeWinkle Park located at 970 Arlington Dr. Walk east on Arlington Drive for about 5 minutes until you see the park entrance on your left.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Huntington Beach. Head southeast towards Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and follow it down towards Costa Mesa. Continue on PCH until you reach the intersection with 19th Street, then turn left. Follow 19th Street until you reach Santa Ana Avenue, where you will turn left again. Continue on Santa Ana Avenue until you reach Arlington Drive. TeWinkle Park will be on your right after a short distance.

For those who prefer to walk, start at the Huntington Beach Pier and head east on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach 19th Street, then turn left. Walk until you reach Santa Ana Avenue and turn right. Follow Santa Ana Avenue until you reach Arlington Drive. Turn left on Arlington Drive, and after a short walk, you will find TeWinkle Park at 970 Arlington Drive on your left.
