Board the bus at the nearest stop on Manchester Blvd. and head towards the bus stop at Hollywood Blvd. This should take you approximately 1 hour depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Hollywood Blvd, you'll be just a short walk from the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
