If you are starting from the center of Joshua Tree, head east on Highway 62 (Twentynine Palms Highway) and walk along the sidewalk. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Commercial Street. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Way Station on your right at 61722 Commercial St.
Bicycle
From downtown Joshua Tree, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Ride east on Highway 62 (Twentynine Palms Highway) for about 0.5 miles. Then, turn left onto Commercial Street. Continue on Commercial Street for approximately 0.3 miles until you reach the Way Station at 61722 Commercial St.

Take the Morongo Basin Transit Authority (MBTA) Route 1 bus, which runs through Joshua Tree. Get off at the stop closest to the Joshua Tree Community Center. From there, walk east on Highway 62 for about 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Commercial Street, and walk another 0.3 miles to reach the Way Station located at 61722 Commercial St.
