If you're starting from the La Jolla Cove, head south on Coast Blvd towards the La Jolla Shores. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Prospect St. Turn right onto Prospect St and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach Girard Ave. Turn left onto Girard Ave and continue until you hit the intersection with Torrey Pines Rd. Cross Torrey Pines Rd and continue walking straight until you reach the beach. Once you reach the beach, walk north along the shoreline until you arrive at Muscle Beach, located at 3000 Ocean Front Walk, San Diego, CA 92109. It should take you approximately 1 hour.

From La Jolla, you can take the bus to get to Muscle Beach. Start by heading to the bus stop at La Jolla Village Drive & Torrey Pines Rd. Take the bus route 30 towards Downtown San Diego.
