From downtown Laguna Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop at Pacific Coast Highway & Laguna Canyon Rd. Take the OC Bus Route 1 towards Newport Beach. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the stop at Balboa Peninsula. From there, walk east on E Bay Ave for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the Balboa Fun Zone at 600 E Bay Ave.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Laguna Beach. Head north on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) towards Newport Beach. Continue on PCH for about 3 miles, then turn left onto E Bay Ave. The Balboa Fun Zone will be on your left at 600 E Bay Ave.

Start at Main Beach in Laguna Beach. Walk along Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) heading north. It is about a 3-mile walk, which will take you approximately 1 hour. Once you reach the intersection of PCH and E Bay Ave, turn left onto E Bay Ave. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the Balboa Fun Zone at 600 E Bay Ave.
