If you are in the downtown area of Laguna Beach, start at Main Beach (located at 100 Pacific Coast Hwy). Walk south along Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) for about 0.5 miles until you reach Laguna Canyon Road. Turn left onto Laguna Canyon Road and continue walking for about 0.2 miles.
