Walking
If you are in downtown Laguna Beach, head towards Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Walk north on PCH until you reach the intersection with 16th Avenue. Turn left onto 16th Avenue and continue walking until you reach Coast Highway. Cross the highway and continue straight until you reach the beach. Follow the shoreline north until you come to Newport Beach. The Marina Park is located at 1600 W Balboa Blvd, Newport Beach, CA 92663, which you can see ahead.

From downtown Laguna Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop on Pacific Coast Highway. Board the OCTA Bus 1 heading north towards Newport Beach. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Balboa Boulevard and 16th Street. From there, walk west towards the beach, and you will see Marina Park at 1600 W Balboa Blvd, Newport Beach, CA 92663 on your right.

You can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Laguna Beach. Start your ride by heading north on Pacific Coast Highway. When you reach the intersection with 16th Avenue, take a left and continue towards the beach. Once you reach the beach, follow the coastal bike path north.
