If you are starting from the main beach area in Laguna Beach, walk north along Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Once you reach the intersection with Ruby Street, turn left onto Ruby Street. Continue walking until you reach Ruby Street Park, which will be on your right side. The park is a short distance from the highway, and you should see the entrance with signage.
