Walking
If you are starting from the main beach area in Laguna Beach, walk north along Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Once you reach the intersection with Ruby Street, turn left onto Ruby Street. Continue walking until you reach Ruby Street Park, which will be on your right side. The park is a short distance from the highway, and you should see the entrance with signage.
Public Transit (Bus)
From the nearest bus stop on Pacific Coast Highway, take the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) bus route 1 heading towards San Juan Capistrano. Get off at the 'Ruby Street' stop. Once you disembark, walk east along Ruby Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Ruby Street Park, which will be on your left.
