Walking
If you are starting from the Laguna Beach downtown area, head south on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Walk along the sidewalk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Victoria Drive. Turn left onto Victoria Drive and continue walking until you reach the beach. The entrance to Victoria Beach is marked and you will need to descend some stairs to reach the sand.
