If you are cycling from the Livermore Civic Center, exit the Civic Center parking lot and head south on S Livermore Ave. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto 3rd St. Continue on 3rd St for roughly 0.3 miles. Livermore Downtown, Inc. will be on your right at 2155 Third St.
