From Long Beach, head to the Long Beach Transit Gallery at 1 World Trade Center. Catch the Metro Blue Line towards Los Angeles. Transfer at the 7th Street/Metro Center station to the Metro Red Line towards Union Station. Get off at the Santa Ana station. From Santa Ana, take the OCTA bus route 86 towards Orange. Disembark at the bus stop at Katella Ave & Atchison St. Walk east on Katella Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach Irvine Regional Park at 1 Irvine Park Rd, Orange, CA 92869.
Taxi/Ride Share
Open a ride-sharing app like Uber or Lyft and enter 'Irvine Regional Park, 1 Irvine Park Rd, Orange, CA 92869' as your destination. The driver will navigate directly to the park. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from Long Beach, depending on traffic.
Bike Rental
If you're up for an adventure, rent a bike from a local shop in Long Beach. Head east along Ocean Blvd, then follow the signs to the San Gabriel River Trail.
