If you are near the Long Beach Transit Mall, you can take the Metro Blue Line light rail. Board the train heading towards Washington Station. After 6 stops, disembark at the 1st Street station. Once you exit, head west on 1st Street until you reach Pacific Avenue. Turn left on Pacific Avenue and walk south until you reach Ocean Boulevard. Turn right on Ocean Boulevard and you will see Long Beach City Hall on your left at 411 W Ocean Blvd.
