From Santa Monica, you can take the Big Blue Bus Line 7 towards Downtown LA. Ride for approximately 45 minutes and get off at the 5th St & Main St stop. From there, walk east on 5th Street for two blocks, then turn left onto Main Street. Continue walking for a short distance until you reach 255 Main St, where the Street Art is located.

If you are in the vicinity of Downtown Los Angeles, you can easily walk to 255 Main St. If you're near the Walt Disney Concert Hall, head southeast on Grand Avenue, then turn left onto 1st Street.
