From Glendale, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the Metro Bus Line 94 or 180 towards downtown Los Angeles. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the 'Spring St & 1st St' stop. From there, walk north on Spring Street for about 3 minutes. Los Angeles City Hall will be on your right at 200 N Spring St.

Walk to the nearest Metro station in Glendale, which is the 'Glendale Station'. Take the Metro Link to Union Station in downtown Los Angeles. Once at Union Station, transfer to the Metro Gold Line and head towards the 'Little Tokyo/Arts District' station. Get off at the 'Little Tokyo/Arts District' stop and walk west on 1st Street until you reach Spring Street. Turn right on Spring Street, and you will find Los Angeles City Hall at 200 N Spring St, about a 10-minute walk from the station.

If you are in central Glendale, you can walk towards the nearest bus stop or Metro station mentioned above. Once you reach the bus stop, follow the instructions for the bus or Metro rail. Alternatively, if you're up for a long walk, you can head southwest towards downtown Los Angeles, which is approximately 8 miles away. Follow the main roads like Brand Blvd, which continues into North Broadway, leading you towards the City Hall area.
