If you are starting from Hollywood Boulevard, walk to the Hollywood/Highland Metro Station. Take the Metro Red Line towards Union Station. Ride for 4 stops and get off at the Hollywood/Western Station. Transfer to the Metro 4 Bus (bound for West Hollywood) at the bus stop outside the station. Ride the bus for about 15-20 minutes until you reach 'Sunset Blvd & La Cienega Blvd' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to The Comedy Store at 8433 Sunset Blvd. Head east on Sunset Blvd, and you'll see The Comedy Store on your right.
