Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Manteca, head east on Main Street towards Union Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Union Road. Turn right onto Union Road and walk north for about 1.5 miles. At the intersection with Lathrop Road, turn left and continue walking west for another 1.2 miles. You will then reach the intersection with Beckwith Road. Turn right onto Beckwith Road and walk for approximately 0.5 miles until you arrive at the Beckwith Wildlife Observation Area.

    Start at the Manteca Transit Center. Head east on Center Street towards Main Street, then turn left onto Main Street. Continue for a couple of blocks and turn right onto Union Road. Follow Union Road north for about 1.5 miles. When you reach Lathrop Road, turn left and bike west for 1.2 miles. At the intersection of Beckwith Road, turn right and continue biking for about 0.5 miles to reach the Beckwith Wildlife Observation Area.

    From Manteca, take the San Joaquin Regional Transit District (SJRTD) bus route 11 towards Modesto. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Lathrop Road and Union Road.
