The Chocolatier's Vision

Chris Kollar, the owner and self-taught chocolatier, earned his Food Network CHOPPED Champion title in 2020 and was named among Dessert Professional Magazine's Top Ten Chocolatiers of North America. Originally trained as a savory chef with 25+ years of culinary experience at prestigious establishments including Domaine Chandon, Tra Vigne, and Peter Michael Winery, Kollar discovered his passion for chocolate and pursued formal study across Europe. He traveled extensively through Switzerland, France, and Italy to master traditional chocolate-making techniques, knowledge he seamlessly integrates with his culinary background.

The Signature Collection features 20 classic truffle flavors alongside creative offerings such as dark chocolate rochers, almond bark, hazelnut crunch bark, and innovative seasonal creations. Specialty items include the viral Dubai bar with pistachios, almonds, tahini, and katifi; poppy saffron bars; espresso malt balls; and honeycomb-filled dark chocolate. The shop operates Friday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with extended hours Monday through Thursday until 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM depending on the day.
