Walking
If you are in downtown Monterey Park, head east on Garvey Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with El Mercado Avenue. Turn right onto El Mercado Avenue, and El Encanto will be located on your left at 700 El Mercado Ave. It's a beautiful historical site, so feel free to take your time enjoying the scenery along the way.
Public Transit
From your current location, find the nearest bus stop and take Metro Bus Line 30 or 76. If you are boarding at a stop on Garvey Avenue, ask the driver for the stop nearest to El Mercado Avenue. The bus will take you close to El Encanto. Once you get off the bus, walk north on El Mercado Avenue for a few minutes, and you will see El Encanto at 700 El Mercado Ave on your right.
Biking
If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from a nearby rental service and head towards Garvey Avenue. Cycle east along Garvey Avenue for about 0.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with El Mercado Avenue, take a right turn. Continue biking for a short distance, and you will find El Encanto located at 700 El Mercado Ave on your left. Make sure to follow bike lanes and traffic rules while riding.
