If you're starting from San Francisco or any location served by Caltrain, take the train southbound to Mountain View Station. Once you arrive at Mountain View Station, exit the station and head southeast towards Castro Street. After about a 5-minute walk, turn left onto Castro Street and continue until you reach the intersection with El Camino Real. Cross El Camino Real and continue straight on Castro Street until you reach the intersection with Amphitheatre Parkway. Turn right onto Amphitheatre Parkway, and you will find Googleplex at 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, just a short walk ahead.
Public Transit - VTA Bus
If you're in Mountain View, you can take the VTA bus routes that service the area. For example, you can catch the VTA Bus Route 40 at the nearest bus stop. Ride the bus towards the Mountain View Transit Center and get off at the stop closest to Amphitheatre Parkway. From there, walk east on Amphitheatre Parkway for about 10-15 minutes to reach Googleplex at 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy.
Walking
If you are already in the downtown area of Mountain View, Googleplex is about a 30-minute walk. Start by heading southeast on Castro Street until you reach El Camino Real. Cross El Camino Real and continue on Castro Street as it merges into Amphitheatre Parkway. Follow Amphitheatre Parkway until you see Googleplex on your left at 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy.
Biking
For those who prefer biking, Mountain View has a number of bike lanes that make it easy to reach Googleplex. If you're near downtown, you can take Castro Street south until it becomes Amphitheatre Parkway. Continue biking on Amphitheatre Parkway for about 10-15 minutes, and you'll arrive at Googleplex at 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy. Make sure to follow local bike regulations and use designated bike lanes.
