Car
From Muir Woods National Monument, exit the park and head south on Muir Woods Rd. Continue onto Bridgeway Ave, then merge onto US-101 N toward San Rafael. Follow US-101 N for about 15 miles, then take the exit for CA-37 E toward Vallejo. Merge onto CA-29 N and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit for CA-12 E/Napa and follow signs to Napa. Once in Napa, turn left onto Orchard Ave, and O'Brien Estate Winery will be on your right at 1200 Orchard Ave.

Public Transportation
From Muir Woods National Monument, you can take the Marin Transit bus (Route 61) towards Mill Valley. Get off at the Mill Valley Transit Center. From there, take the Golden Gate Transit bus (Route 70) heading towards Napa. You'll need to transfer at the Vallejo Transit Center to a bus heading to Napa. Once you arrive in Napa, walk to Orchard Ave, and O'Brien Estate Winery will be located at 1200 Orchard Ave, just a short walk from the bus stop.
