From downtown Napa, head north on Main St towards 1st St. Continue onto Napa Valley Hwy (CA-29 N) for about 2.5 miles. Take the exit towards CA-221 N/Napa Vallejo Hwy and merge onto Napa Vallejo Hwy. You will see the sign on your right-hand side. There is no parking fee, but be cautious of traffic, as the highway can get busy.

To reach the 'Welcome to Napa' sign via public transportation, take the VINE bus service from downtown Napa. You can catch the bus at the Napa Transit Center located at 829 Jackson St, Napa. Board the VINE Route 10 bus towards Vallejo. You will need to get off at the stop closest to the Napa Vallejo Hwy. Walk approximately 0.5 miles along Napa Vallejo Hwy to reach the 'Welcome to Napa' sign. The fare for the VINE bus is around $2.00.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in downtown Napa. Head north on Main St until you reach Napa Valley Hwy (CA-29 N). Follow the bike lane along the highway for about 2.5 miles.
