From the Napa Valley Transit bus terminal at 1st St & Main St, take the Route 10 bus towards Vallejo. Get off at the stop at 4th St & Main St. Walk east on Main St for about half a mile (approximately 10-15 minutes), and you will reach MaCo Vineyards located at 1000 Main St, Suite 190. The vineyard will be on your left side.
