Baily Vineyard & Winery, a family-owned establishment, has been crafting premium wines in the Temecula Valley since 1986. Phil and Carol Baily, the founders, moved to Temecula in 1981 and began growing grapes in 1982. Their passion for winemaking led them to open Baily Vineyard & Winery, which has since become a beloved destination for wine enthusiasts. The winery is known for its Bordeaux-style reds, particularly the Cabernet Franc and Meritage, crafted using old-world techniques. Baily Vineyard & Winery boasts two tasting locations: the main Tasting Room on Rancho California Road for current releases and the Baily Estate tasting room at the production facility on Pauba Road for library wines. The main tasting room, with its castle-inspired design, features stone lions, gargoyles, and suits of armor, creating a unique and memorable ambiance. Visitors can also enjoy Carol's Restaurant, located at the main Tasting Room, which offers a family-friendly dining experience with a menu featuring American cuisine.
