If you are in the center of Temecula, start by heading south on Old Town Front St towards 6th St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rancho California Rd. Turn left onto Rancho California Rd and continue walking. After about 1 mile, you will reach the intersection with Calle Cabrillo. Turn right onto Calle Cabrillo, and Briar Rose Winery will be on your right at 41720 Calle Cabrillo.

From the Temecula Transit Center, board the Route 1 bus towards Murrieta. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at Rancho California Rd and Calle Cabrillo. If you have access to a bike, start from the Temecula Civic Center and head east on Main St. Continue to the intersection with Rancho California Rd and turn left.
