From the Oceanside Transit Center, take the NCTD Breeze Route 101 bus heading eastbound. Get off at the stop at Mission Ave and Rancho del Oro Dr. From there, transfer to Breeze Route 302 towards San Luis Rey. Get off at the stop on Mission Ave at the Mission San Luis Rey entrance. The mission is located at 4050 Mission Ave, Oceanside, CA 92057.
