    From downtown La Jolla, follow the signs for Mount Soledad. The drive is approximately 10 minutes. Take La Jolla Scenic Drive South to the memorial. Parking is available in a small lot at the memorial, with additional free street parking on La Jolla Scenic South. Parking can be limited, especially on weekends. There are no fees for parking or visiting the memorial.

    The Route 30 bus stops near Mount Soledad. From the bus stop, it's approximately a 15-20 minute walk uphill to the memorial. A one-way fare on the bus is $2.50.
