From the Oceanside Transit Center, head west on Seagaze Drive towards the ocean. Turn left onto N Pacific Street and walk south for approximately 2 blocks. You will see Strand Beach on your right. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. Consider that the Oceanside Transit Center is a hub for Amtrak, Metrolink, Coaster, and Sprinter lines. Therefore, walking to Strand Beach is a viable option for many visitors arriving via public transportation.
