Public Bus
To reach Belmont Shore in Long Beach from Huntington Beach, start by walking to the nearest bus stop that services the OCTA bus system. The bus route 29 will take you towards Long Beach. Board the bus and stay on it for approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. You will need to get off at the stop at 4th St & Pacific Ave in Long Beach. From there, walk east on 4th St towards the beach, then turn left onto Pacific Ave. Continue walking until you reach Belmont Shore. This area has a beautiful beach and shopping district.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Huntington Beach. Start your ride towards the South on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Follow the bike lane along PCH, which will take you towards Long Beach. After approximately 5 miles, turn left onto 2nd St in Long Beach, then head towards the beach to reach Belmont Shore. The total ride is around 10 miles and could take about 1 hour, depending on your pace.
