Plaza Park is located in the heart of Old Towne Orange, easily accessible on foot from most surrounding locations. From the Orange Transportation Center (Metrolink station), walk south on Atchison Street, then turn left onto Chapman Avenue and continue to the Plaza. The park is located at the center of the traffic circle. There are no costs associated with walking to the park.

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) provides bus service to the Plaza area. Several bus routes, including 54, 56, 59 and 453, have stops near Plaza Square. From the bus stops, it is a short walk to the park. A single ride on OCTA bus costs $2.

Plaza Park is located at the intersection of Chapman Avenue and Glassell Street in Orange. Parking is available in the surrounding areas, including street parking and public parking lots. Metered street parking is available, and time limits may apply. The Lemon Street Parking Structure is located a few blocks away. Parking rates vary, but typically range from $1-$2 per hour. Be aware of permit parking areas.
