From Pasadena, head to the nearest Metro Gold Line station, which is the Pasadena station located at 105 N Raymond Ave. Board the train heading towards Union Station. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes until you reach the Union Station stop in Los Angeles. Once you arrive at Union Station, exit the station and transfer to the Metro Bus Line 76 or 78. Board the bus and ride it for approximately 15 minutes, getting off at the stop 'Spring St & College St.' From the bus stop, walk north on Spring Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Los Angeles State Historic Park at 1245 N Spring St.

Make your way to the nearest Metro Gold Line station in Pasadena, which is at 105 N Raymond Ave. Take the Gold Line train towards Union Station. This ride will take around 30 minutes. When you arrive at Union Station, exit the station and look for the Metro Bus Line 76 or 78. Board the bus and ride for about 15 minutes, disembarking at 'Spring St & College St.' After getting off, walk north along Spring Street for about 5 minutes to reach the Los Angeles State Historic Park located at 1245 N Spring St.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike in Pasadena. Start at the Pasadena Bike Share station, and head southwest on Colorado Blvd towards the Gold Line station at 105 N Raymond Ave. Ride towards Union Station along the designated bike lanes, which will take about 30 minutes. Once you reach Union Station, continue on North Broadway and then turn left onto College Street. Follow College Street until you reach Spring Street, then turn right. The Los Angeles State Historic Park will be on your left at 1245 N Spring St, a short ride from there.
