From Pasadena City Hall, walk to the Pasadena Gold Line Metro Station located at 150 S. Arroyo Pkwy. Board the Gold Line train towards Azusa Downtown. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Sierra Madre Villa Station. Exit the station and walk east on Sierra Madre Villa Ave for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with E. Foothill Blvd. Turn left onto E. Foothill Blvd and continue walking until you see signs for Twin Peaks, which will be on your right. Follow the trail up to the peak for stunning views.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop in Pasadena. Start from Central Park and head east on E. Colorado Blvd. After about 2 miles, continue straight as you merge onto Sierra Madre Villa Ave. Follow this road as it curves and leads you towards Twin Peaks. You will then see signs indicating the trailhead for Twin Peaks. The hike to the peak is steep but offers beautiful landscapes and is approximately a 1-hour trek.
